As someone who has been in the beauty industry since 2008, I am passionate about changing the narrative around it. My mission is to help the beauty industry become a respected and stable career path for women. I want to provide an environment where women can have a healthy work-life balance, receive amazing compensation, and have access to benefits and other perks typically found in corporate jobs.

In addition to my mission, my vision is to create a space where women can flourish without experiencing burnout. I believe that every woman should have the opportunity to pursue her passion and build a career without sacrificing her well-being. That's why I am committed to nurturing and nourishing the lives of my team members. I want them to have something that is theirs while they get to enjoy the fulfillment of a rich life outside of work.

I'm a 30-year-old avid reader who has a soft spot for cats.   I’m a passionate permanent jewelry artist, finding joy in crafting pieces that carry personalization and sentimental value for each wearer.  Creating meaningful connections through my creations is my ultimate satisfaction.
