As someone who has been in the beauty industry since 2008, I am passionate about changing the narrative around it. My mission is to help the beauty industry become a respected and stable career path for women. I want to provide an environment where women can have a healthy work-life balance, receive amazing compensation, and have access to benefits and other perks typically found in corporate jobs.

In addition to my mission, my vision is to create a space where women can flourish without experiencing burnout. I believe that every woman should have the opportunity to pursue her passion and build a career without sacrificing her well-being. That's why I am committed to nurturing and nourishing the lives of my team members. I want them to have something that is theirs while they get to enjoy the fulfillment of a rich life outside of work.

Hey I’m SJ! I have always been a fan of seeing people express themselves through personal style and being creative with the way we each choose to “decorate” ourselves in our day to day, so deciding to venture into the Permanent Jewelry world was a no brainer! It’s allowed me to interact with fun people from all over which I adore, as well as a way to get my artsy side flowing and inspired again.

In my off time you’ll probably find me either somewhere outside with my big doggo Ranger going on an adventure in the PNW, finding my next favorite coffee and thrift shop day combo, or singing loudly to Hozier’s Too Sweet in my car lately. 💗
